By submitting the registration form/rental agreement you are responsible for any loss or damage that you or members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. You are required to report any damages to the Owner/Manager and to bear the cost of repair or replacement. If you decline to bear the cost of repair or replacement the Owner/Manager retains the right to charge the amount to your credit card without prior notice.

Tenant /Guest agrees that the property will be used solely by the number of guests stated in this form. The Owner/ Manager reserves the right to decline entry to any extra persons without prior notice and approval by the Owner/Manager. Any extra person shall comply with the conditions and restriction imposed upon Tenant/Guest under this agreement.

Owner/Manager reserves the right to enter the property at reasonable times and reasonable advance notice for the purposes of inspecting the property. If Owner/Manager has a reasonable belief that there is imminent danger to any person or property. Owner/Manager may enter the property without advance notice.

Tenant /Guest hereby waives and releases any claims against Owner/ Manager, and their successors, assigns, employees or representatives, officially or otherwise, for any injuries or death that may be sustained by Tenant/Guest agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the Tenant /Guest’s own initiative, risk and responsibility.

Tenant /Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishing, personal affect and other items brought into the property by Tenant / Guest or their permitted guest and visitors shall be at the sole risk of Tenant/Guest with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss.

Owner/Manager shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the Property, such as internet access, TV etc as applicable. Owner/Manager shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. Tenant /Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as balconies, stairs and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regards to children and such use is at the Tenant /Guest’s own risk. Guest shall use the property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the property and keep the property in clean and sanitary condition at all times. Tenant /Guest and any additional permitted guest shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, not shall Tenant /Guest use the property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, association rules or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the property.
